SanDiegoLovesGreen.com and Connell Whittaker Group LLC have teamed up with Earthworks and other organizations to offer a whole week of exciting events to celebrate our Earth this year!

The traditional and much loved EarthFair in Balboa Park will kick-off the week, followed by a Green Jobs and Career workshop, an America’s Finest GREEN City Leadership Conference, Green dance performances in La Jolla, Earth Bash THE party of the year onboard Hornblower’s luxurious Inspiration, and ending with Servapalooza an event in Balboa Park for youth to connect with local non-profits on available service projects in our region.

Our plan is to make EARTH WEEK an annual event for San Diego, we are already organizing for next year’s 40th year Anniversary of Earth Day, which began in 1970.

San Diego Earth Week 2009 promises to deliver a variety of events where everyone can find a way to celebrate, get involved, find information, be entertained, network and most of all… have fun!
